Based on published scientific project data and the analysis of approximately 35,000 customer projects, Cost Xpert has identified and implemented 36 types of projects. They are a basic calibration for each domain and ensure a high accuracy of the estimate. This makes the effort for calibration based on historical data by the client not required.

 

To achieve maximum estimation accuracy Cost Xpert recommends calibration methods and models appropriate to the specific client environment. A sufficient database exists with 8-10 projects completed. Our clients achieve an accuracy level even of ± 5%, through the calibration of the methods and models, between estimates and later actual data.
