The standardized estimation process of IME contains the integration of a superior and intelligent solution during project run into already existing business process management systems, activities, roles and tasks resulting on business processes and will be detailed and transparently illustrated. At the continuous workflow they are all linked with each other and they all have a clear defined entailment. Thereby, the orientation on the customer specific value added chain is a mandatory step for us.

 

Primary goal is the on-going optimization and stabilization of process cycles for sustainable increase of enterprise performance. The consideration of the contrast between standardized automated supply of services and ever more individual service orientation is sustainable. IME masters this challenge at highest level. Complex process activities even in heterogeneous environments are systematically evaluated in a standardized estimation process. This ensures reliability in planning, ongoing controlling capabilities and detailed monitoring at any point in time over all phases, roles and activities. Cost Xpert supports international proceeding models as well as industry standards and standards for process quality (e.g. SEI CMMI, EN/ISO 15504 „SPICE”).

 

The systematical support of our estimation process already starts during the feasibility phase. New requirements and change requests are captured and integrated into the project workflow on an ongoing basis. A control loop assures the optimized process execution and a secure and successful realization of the project as well. This ensures the support of an initial estimation and the estimation during the project run.

 

The result is a significant shortening of the estimation process itself, while improving the estimation accuracy with high cost savings.
