Accurate estimates

With our methodology, our clients obtain at 100% of all IT projects accurate and reproducible results about all relevant components at any point in time easy, quick and secure with significant time and cost savings.
 

The continous improvement of the estimation accuracy will be ensured by our »C3« accuracy process (Collection, Configuration and Calibration). C3 is a standardized and transparent process, which could be stopped after each phase and continued at any time. The rollout is grounded in phase 4. Our clients also have the possibility to accomplish a rollout after completion of any phase. It is important to note that there will be no modifications of the source-code at any time.
A flexible phase model including parallelized best-practice work packages in the areas requirements management, process management, application management, project- and resource management, quality and risk management ensures an optimal realization and implementation. The total effort of the implementation of our precision process amounts 80 days with a total schedule of 30 days and is based on this effort for a fixed price.

 
 
 
The application of the Integrated Methodology driven Estimation in IT applications enables quick and accurate estimates right from the start of a project.
Many of our clients report IME estimates within ± 20% out of the Box.
After implementation of our accuracy process our clients report of an accuracy:
After completion of phase 1 (Collecting), the estimation accuracy is usually within the range of ±10 – 20%.
Once phase 2 (Configuration) is completed, the estimation accuracy will improve to ±10%.
After completion of phase 3 (Calibration), our clients partly achieve for system, standard, and individual software even an accuracy level lower than 10%, between estimates and actual data, typically for:
