The Cost Xpert AG, located in Augsburg, has completed the acquisition of the market leader in the field of estimation methodologies, located in San Diego, USA. After the reorientation and reorganization of the US-subsidiary, the takeover already started in March 2005 is successfully finalized today.

The Cost Xpert AG holds 100% of the shares of the US subsidiary that serves the customers in North America acting as Cost Xpert Group, Inc. The Cost Xpert AG represents now over 25 years of experience and over 5000 customers world-wide. Thus, the company, founded in July 2005 and leaded by the founders, emphasizes its successful business development. Cost Xpert is the world-wide leading provider of solutions and services for Integrated Methodology driven Estimation of software projects.
With its headquarters at the location Augsburg, the company acts world-wide and positions itself as technology and market leader for the first time also in the European market. For 2007/2008 market entrances into other growth regions are planned. However, in the headquarters up to 50 new jobs are created and investments within the seven-digit range will be made.
