Development of customer specific methods and models

Through the analyses of many completed customer projects through an expert system, specific correlations and pre-determined factors for different project types were established. This makes a pre-calibration of the assigned methods possible and guarantees only the slightest deviation between the estimate and the actual project data. Cost Xpert develops tailored and customized project types, process models and/or documentation processes to support our customers in the best way. Furthermore, it is even possible to develop domain-specific sizing methods matching for the individual environment.
