Dependencies of productivity view
The vicious square of Sneed (adapted by Knöll, 1991)
The vicious square proves very impressively, that focusing only on productivity in terms of estimation of software projects felt inevitably in a disaster. It is not a question if the disaster occurs, but when this will be the case. Productivity cannot be changed by directive or orders. With always same productivity you obtain completely different results according to the given priorities. However, pointing just on productivity is only very conditionally and mostly not suitable for estimating software projects to get real numbers with smallest deviations.
